ABPA Acquires Tedro & Associates

AMERICAN BENEFIT PLAN ADMINISTRATORS ACQUIRES TEDRO & ASSOCIATES CHICAGO-BASED THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR FOCUSED IN THE TAFT-HARTLEY MARKET

Tampa, Fla (July 8, 2008) – American Benefit Plan Administrators (“ABPA”), one of the nation’s largest third party administrators (“TPA”) operating in the multi-employer benefits plans, today announced that it has acquired Tedro & Associates, Inc.
